We recently- and very quickly sold our Crystal Lake home with the professionalism and knowledge of Steve Scheppe. Members of my family have used him 3 times throughout the years for properties in the Grand Traverse Region. Initially there was concern because of the fact that he was not a locally located real estate agent in our immediate area. That concern was proven moot. He is the most professional, detail-oriented real estate professional we have ever used. His attention to detail and the particular way he sells his clients homes is second to none. He does a massive amount of research to "right price" your home. Our goal was not to sit around for a year with an overpriced home, waiting to slowly bring the price down over time.
