I hired Steve Scheppe for the sale of a lake front cabin in 2021 and the purchase of a condominium in 2024. The cabin was in excellent condition but did not have modern amenities. There were plentiful showings and an offer I accepted that fell through in September. I had no hesitation to re-hire Steve the following summer of 2022.
