We have been working with Steve for over three years now. From the first property that we bought through him while we were still living in Colorado and didnt see the property prior to owning it through our third property that we bought earlier this year Steve has always looked out for our best interest. Even though we didn't buy our second property for more than 2.5 years after the first he was always staying in contact with us, sending listings that he thought would be of interest to us and sent us holiday gift baskets! Beyond knowledge of the area he has knowledge as to what makes sense from a financial stand point and has a lot to offer. More than that he's a realtor that you can trust.
