Matt Geib is very detail-oriented, an essential quality when making such an important decision like buying a home. His detailed answers to our questions made us feel confident in all of the different decisions we had to make during the process. Long story short we ended up in the house we should have bought in the first place and we couldn't be happier. We have had many real estate agents in the last 40 years and not one even came close to understanding our needs as Steve has been. There was no high pressure, he didn't waste our time by showing houses that didn't come close to fitting our needs and ALWAYS gave us his honest opinion. He was always accessible and when he was going to be away he made me aware of his schedule. You need to give this guy a raise!
