He is trustworthy, knowledgeable, and demonstrates a very high level of integrity in all his endeavors. He maintained contact with everyone involved in the process and gave us frequent updates. He was ALWAYS available for any questions or concerns we had and was able to give us comprehensive answers to many of our questions by pulling from personal experience.
