I have been involved in the real estate development business for 34 years and worked with countless real estate agents. Matt is one of the most talented agents I have encountered. We have worked on 5-6 transactions together and his performance has been consistently outstanding on each and every one. Steve did a great job staying on top of the local real estate market, sending me listings as soon as they became available, showing multiple properties via Zoom, and coordinating the whole transaction seamlessly (and partly long-distance). He was a tremendous asset to me in my search.
