Steve doesn't "push" property. He sells because he learns as much about the house/property as he possibly can. He took the time to sit and talk with me about the property's history, looked at every inch of the property, and talked with me extensively about my wishes.

Steve is a great communicator. I live five hours away from the cottage I was selling. He kept me in the loop at all times. We had a couple who only wanted to reduce the price of the cottage excessively. Steve handled them in a very professional manner...but basically told them we aren't interested in giving away the property. He communicated all of this to me in the middle of the transaction and handled them beautifully.
