We had an extremely smooth process selling our house with Steve. He had excellent communication at all times, explained the process, let us know next steps well in advance, and answered questions along the way so there was never a time when we felt unsure or insecure about what to do next. Most importantly, he was always honest and real with us.

When we listed our house, we left for two days and came home to 7 very strong offers within the first 48 hrs of showings. We only had to prep our house for showings once! He was also able to help us negotiate an extended possession date since we had a baby between selling and closing, which gave us a few extra weeks to move out.
