Matt is extremely patient and accommodating. He was always willing to help with anything we needed. When there were a few items that came up from the inspection that needed addressing, he arranged professionals to take care of the issues. He even went to the house to meet with them to oversee the work and communicated with us about the progress and made sure jobs were done right. It really helped with the stress of selling, moving and being so far away.

I cannot say enough positive things about Matt and his team, from the original purchase of this home 4 years ago, to purchasing my vacant land, and now selling this home. I will not use anyone else for real-estate and recommend him to all of my friends, family and acquaintances. We had to deal with an interesting situation with the payment of the home, which was due to the buyer not being properly qualified by his realtor, and his realtor not following up once offer was accepted. Matt did an amazing job staying on top of these things, even though it was not his issue to follow, but he did and made sure the deal got done.
