Steve Scheppe has a track record of not only selling property, but truly understanding the Real Estate market and business. Steve is personable, a great listener, knowledgeable about the current market, but also able to speak to the state of the property, and it's relative value.

Steve doesn't "push" property. He sells because he learns as much about the house/property as he possibly can. He took the time to sit and talk with me about the property's history, looked at every inch of the property, and talked with me extensively about my wishes.

My friend recommended Steve because he had sold two properties for her. I found him totally professional, a good listener but he also expressed his opinions on the important topics. He was exactly what I expected a Real Estate Professional to be. And he sold my one hundred year old cottage in a reasonable time frame and at a reasonable price.

Steve is a great communicator. I live five hours away from the cottage I was selling. He kept me in the loop at all times. We had a couple who only wanted to reduce the price of the cottage excessively. Steve handled them in a very professional manner...but basically told them we aren't interested in giving away the property. He communicated all of this to me in the middle of the transaction and handled them beautifully.

Steve worked hand in hand with my lender, and insured that all of the necessary paperwork that they required was obtained and submitted in a very timely manner.

I have worked with Steve on the purchase of our primary residence as well so when I needed to sell our rental property I knew that I would be using him since he had done such a great job in our previous real estate transaction.

Steve is very easy to communicate with and also understands and respects your input. He does not try to force what he thinks might be best but he will work with you to come up with a great strategy that you are comfortable with during the selling and negotiating process.
