When we listed our house, we left for two days and came home to 7 very strong offers within the first 48 hrs of showings. We only had to prep our house for showings once! He was also able to help us negotiate an extended possession date since we had a baby between selling and closing, which gave us a few extra weeks to move out.

Steve first showed my wife and I a house several years ago. He helped us by telling us which mortgage company to work with and which ones to watch out for. We looked at several houses in the last couple of years and finally found our forever home which helped the lengthy closing go by and made the transition better. Even after selling the house and finishing his job he still has helped try to communicate with us with getting something replaced in the house that was on warranty. Steve did a great job staying on top of the local real estate market, sending me listings as soon as they became available, showing multiple properties via Zoom, and coordinating the whole transaction seamlessly (and partly long-distance). He was a tremendous asset to me in my search.
