This real estate deal was not normal by any means. Without Matt, it would have been an absolute nightmare but he made it as easy as it could be. Matt is extremely patient and accommodating. He was always willing to help with anything we needed. When there were a few items that came up from the inspection that needed addressing, he arranged professionals to take care of the issues. He even went to the house to meet with them to oversee the work and communicated with us about the progress and made sure jobs were done right.
