We worked with Matt on a previous purchase and were very satisfied with not only his professionalism, knowledge of the market, and quick response, but also about his honest input and advice. With the most recent purchase, we debated using the seller's agent - in hopes of saving on commission - but after contacting Matt first, we opted to have him represent us in the transaction. I was impressed with Matt Geib from the very beginning. He was more responsive and thorough than the other realtors we had considered. And his market analysis was extremely detailed with excellent recommendations. Because of the strong market conditions, we chose a list price about $140K more than the market comparables would suggest. Matt didn't hesitate to support this pricing strategy. From our extensive experience with realtors, most would have not accepted this strategy, but Matt fully embraced it. In the end, we received, and accepted, a full price offer for our home. Matt handled the closing process effectively, and we closed on the sale 5 weeks later.
