And his market analysis was extremely detailed with excellent recommendations. Because of the strong market conditions, we chose a list price about $140K more than the market comparables would suggest. Matt didn't hesitate to support this pricing strategy. From our extensive experience with realtors, most would have not accepted this strategy, but Matt fully embraced it. In the end, we received, and accepted, a full price offer for our home. Matt handled the closing process effectively, and we closed on the sale 5 weeks later. Matt was extremely responsive and professional throughout the entire process...even proactively handling a few items before they became an issue. My wife was in the home mortgage business for over 15 years and had dealt with many realtors during that time.
