My husband and I have bought and sold 5 properties in the last 10 years and have ended up selling 3 on our own due to horrible experiences with realtors. When discussing the sale of our current home we talked about selling on our own but Matt's marketing materials that I had received over the years kept coming to mind. After less than a week of showings we had multiple offers on the table and Matt helped us navigate our decision on selecting the best offer. We ended up getting to close on our home earlier than expected and couldn't have been more pleased with the overall process. We have already suggested Matt to several other people who are planning to sell their home and we will use Matt for all of our real-estate sales in the future.
