We decided to sell our home near Traverse City with the goal of downsizing and moving to our nearby lake house.  We interviewed a handful of local realtors, but selected Matt Geib as our Realtor immediately after our first visit with him.  He came to our home with a complete set of data on competitors and recent sales, as well as a thorough knowledge of market conditions.  Matt had a lot of ideas on how best to market the home, some good strategic advice on market timing and pricing and some simple suggestions on things that we could do to improve its marketability.  After each showing, he got back to us promptly with feedback from the buyer’s agents.  We met several times to discuss recent sales and new competitive listings, in order to continually evaluate our pricing and position.  In the end we found the right buyer and achieved a sale price close to our aspirations.  Matt was thoroughly professional throughout the process and very easy to work with.
