Matt was a very good communicator.

Matt Geib spent a lot of time listing, showing home, also kept us very informed as to what was happening. Had home listed with another company the year before, had only a couple of showings and had to spend time calling our agent to see what progress. We were very appreciative with Matt's suggestions, endurance and success of our sale. Would highly recommend Matt Geib to anyone whom might want to list.
