Matt is very personable and very conscientious about all aspects of the sale. He met us on short notice on a holiday weekend and after meeting us on the second meeting he brought other professionals alongside the sale to help explain questions we had about wetland property which most certainly aided our decision in the sale.

We have dealt with Matt on several other properties where he was the realtor and we were working with him on behalf of some of our other friends or relatives who were looking for property in the area. Matt was always willing to help, he came to each showing / meeting well prepared and his knowledge of the local area seemed superior to most other realtors we have dealt with over the years. Matt Geib is very detail-oriented, an essential quality when making such an important decision like buying a home. His detailed answers to our questions made us feel confident in all of the different decisions we had to make during the process. Matt is polite and courteous, always ready and willing to answer our questions. Driven to be there when we needed him. Always answering our phone calls and emails in a timely manner. Besides that he is just a great guy and easy to get along with. Both of these qualities are also very important, considering the amount of time that can be spent with a realtor when searching for a home.
