Matt is an outstanding agent! As first-time home buyers, my wife and I had no idea how the process worked. Matt guided us through every step of the process, making sure we understood what to expect and how to proceed after each "hurdle" was cleared. On a communication level, Matt went above and beyond all expectations. He even took my calls and answered my emails while on vacation with his family in Florida.
