My husband and I found the condo on your website the day before Thanksgiving. My husband emailed Matt and let him know we were interested in looking at the condo. Matt emailed got back with him and let him know there was another couple interested in buying the condo. The seller was waiting to hear back from their counteroffer. He informed us that we could still look at the condo even though it was potentially sold. We looked at the condo the day after Thanksgiving and knew we wanted the place. We offered cash of the full asking price, knowing the counteroffer was still out there, Matt had to act quickly. He contacted the seller's daughter who resides in Colorado and quickly emailed us the paperwork. We signed the paperwork and the place was ours!
