Matt Geib exceeded my expectations. I have friends that have worked with Matt previously, so i contacted him directly. This is my first time selling a home and did not know what to expect. Matt and his team took over all the work and made everything happen. It was the most stress-free sale I could ask for. With their guidance and expertise, my home sold within the first couple days of being on the market. He communicates very effectively and answers and and all questions truthfully. Looking back, I would not want to have anybody else help me through the process. I would not hesitate at all to recommend him to my closest friends and family.
