Matt was extremely knowledgeable with regard to the values and details of the areas I was interested in. He made experience based observations that saved me from potential purchase mistakes on several occasions. He was responsive, pleasant, and kept me focused on finding the right property for us. Once we did he was very insightful about guiding me through the offer and negotiating process. Matt earned the highest performance rating possible in my case. I would recommend him unconditionally to others and wouldn't even consider using anyone else for any future residential real estate needs.

Matt has helped us with multiple sales and purchases of both residential and commercial property. He has always been very helpful in finding the right property to purchase. Matt is also very knowledgeable about the local market especially when it comes to setting the asking price and finding a buyer in a reasonable amount of time.
