Matt was excellent. When I initially called about this property it had an offer. I told him that if it fell through to please let me know. I believe I was his first call. Process was seamless and quick. Could not be happier!

Matt has been sending me postcards for years showing property for sale and property for sale on Spider Lake. When we decided to sell our vacant lot on the lake I called Matt. Not being from the Traverse City area I had no idea what to ask for the property. Matt suggested a price to list and we agreed. I think he he was spot on because three days after it was listed we had an offer we accepted. Unfortunately, we encountered a problem with our deed to the property. Matt was very helpful and in solving the issue. He made numerous calls and e-mails with us and was in constant contact with the title company who also helped with the problem. The closing was completed in a week. I feel that Matt and the title company went way above my expectations.

Having not bought a new home in over 20 years Matt helped me step by step through the process. Made it simple for me to understand and made sure I had zero surprises. Knew the area and pointed out things that I would have never thought of.
